KATRA, Sep 24: Government Degree College Katra celebrated NSS Day with enthusiasm and active participation of NSS volunteers, students, faculty members and staff. The programme was organised under the guidance of Principal Dr. Rajni Bhagat with the objective of promoting the spirit of social service, community participation and environmental responsibility among students.

The celebration began with an awareness programme highlighting the role of the National Service Scheme (NSS) in developing a sense of responsibility, discipline and commitment towards society. The participants were sensitised about the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment, conserving natural resources and contributing towards sustainable development.
