SRINAGAR, May 29 (Agencies): An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of the Central Reserve Police Force died after collapsing at a camp in the Zainapora area of Shopian district in south Kashmir on Friday.Kashmir history books
Official sources said that the ASI, who was posted at the Horticulture Camp in Zainapora in south Kashmir, suddenly fell unconscious inside the camp.
He was immediately shifted to the Community Health Centre (CHC) Zainapora, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
The deceased was a resident of the Rajbagh area of Kathua district.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further proceedings, officials added.
