RAJOURI, Aug 21: In a significant step towards strengthening healthcare services for the Ex-Servicemen community, A senior officer of the Indian Army, inaugurated the upgraded Clinical Laboratory at ECHS Polyclinic, Rajouri and dedicated a newly installed Fully Automated Biochemistry Analyser to veterans and their dependents.
The state-of-the-art laboratory, functioning under the aegis of 150 General Hospital, marks a major enhancement in the diagnostic healthcare infrastructure available to the veteran community in the region. The newly installed Fully Automated Biochemistry Analyser will enable a wider range of biochemical investigations with improved accuracy, reliability and efficiency, while significantly reducing the turnaround time for diagnostic reports.
The upgraded facility will provide veterans and their dependents with timely and quality diagnostic services closer to their homes. This initiative will reduce the need to travel to distant healthcare facilities, minimise avoidable referrals and facilitate faster clinical assessment, timely medical decisions and continuity of care.
