AKHNOOR, May 15: The Indian Army troops, under the aegis of White Knight Corps, in coordination with civil medical authorities, organised a Medical Outreach and Health Awareness Camp at Gurha Jagir village.
The camp benefited around 150 civilians, who were provided free medical examinations, eye check-ups, consultations and essential medicines.
Three civil doctors, along with Army medical personnel, participated in the camp to ensure comprehensive healthcare support for the local population.
The initiative aimed to improve healthcare accessibility in remote areas, strengthen civil-military cooperation and reaffirm the Army’s commitment to the welfare of the local populace.
The response from the villagers was highly encouraging and the camp concluded successfully with widespread appreciation from the community.
The outreach reflects the continued commitment of the Indian Army towards humanitarian assistance and community welfare initiatives in the region.
